Here we have Lan, Chipset, VGA and Audio driver for motherboard GA-H81M-H (GIGABYTE) for Windows XP Operating System.
Yes XP may seem ridiculous but you don’t know what you can need it in life.
The drivers are tested and work fine. I spent too much time to find it. so I want to share it with you.
GA-H81M-H OVERVIEW:
This motherboard Supports 4th Generation Intel® Core™ processors.
It also has a GIGABYTE Ultra Durable™ Technology, and GIGABYTE UEFI BIOS.
The USB ports are 3.0 with GIGABYTE 3x USB power.
GIGABYTE On/Off Charge™ for USB devices.
The LAN is with high ESD Protection and is Realtek® GbE LAN chip (10/100/1000 Mbit)
HDMI, D-SUB port on the rear panel
Solid capacitors for CPU VRM design
Chipset: Intel®H81 Express Chipset
Memory: 2 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory
Dual-channel memory architecture: Support for DDR3 1600/1333 MHz memory modules

Note: Before install Chipset and VGA driver please read the instruction inside in package driver

which ram module will be best for it ? Can i have 16GB ?

Yes you can have 16 GB Ram 2x8gb=16gb
