Hello Mahdi
I update the driver by your Driver ID. Uninstall your driver then install this driver by the instruction on in the post.
I hope that’s it and that is everything okay with your LAN chip
Great job,100% worked, great thank you so much
I am glad to hear that.
You are Welcome Mahdi.
Thanks for the great work, windows xp installs fine without any problems. But has someone got standby working? It does not seem to work stating “the device driver for the Microsoft-ACPI compliant device is preventing the system from entering standby”. Windows 7 and later did not create this problem. I suspect it’s related to BIOS.
Anyway, drivers are fine and thanks for the good work.
Go to power manager and choice high performance, maybe your power manager has failed.
Control Panel has two views. If you are in Theme View double click on “Performance and Maintenance”… and then on Power Options.
If you are in Classic View, simply double click on “Power Options”.
Or maybe you have installed any suspicion application. Who makes a change in the windows registry. This is the first time to have a problem… The driver is fine and works very well he is tested much time.

I am having an issue that I get a blue screen error when attempting to install Windows XP (both 32bit and 64bit) on this motherboard. Error 0x0000007B just when it says “Starting Windows” at the beginning of the setup. I changed the SATA mode from AHCI to IDE but I still get a blue screen. I am tired and frustrated now. If you have a solution to this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
I have exactly the same problem.
If anyone knows how to solve it please help.
Thank you in advance.
