Mozilla failed during the upgrade, Firefox running but show only error code

Mozilla Firefox is since the 2002 year, and everybody knows that Mozilla Firefox is one of the most popular browsers, but this is not a guarantee that no mistakes and crashes will be made. A little around the Mozilla Firefox, or abbreviation Firefox is free for use and is an open-source, Mozilla web browser is developed by the Mozilla Foundation. This browser is available in 90 languages and supports nearly all Operating systems such as. Microsoft Windows, Linux, Android, macOS, and MORE.

But let’s get back to the problem. In many cases, the crashes and problems in Browsers and other Apps happen through our fault, or sometimes viruses in our computers are also a problem. Here I will try to explain and solve a problem that appeared in my Mozilla.

How did that happen?

I just tried to upgrade a new version of Mozilla Firefox, During the upgrade I made a mistake, I turned off Mozilla (or Shutted down my PC). And after that, I tried to run Firefox, but I got this “error code”. This is a fail during the upgrade by my mistake.

However, here I will explain how to solve this:

As a first go to the Control Panel and then Programs and Features (For Windows 10), in Programs and Features find Mozilla Firefox and then right-click and uninstall, Important: (If you have important Bookmarks and other important things, don´t mark the box “full uninstall”.)

And after this uninstall process, open another browser and download Mozilla Firefox again.
After downloading run “Firefox installer.exe” and install, and after about 1-2 min installing process your Mozilla will work again.
